   First check the equipment, and paste amplitude stickers on the input end of the vibrating screen, the bottom of the exciter, and the left and right sides of the discharge end respectively, and paste them horizontally as shown in the figure below: 

When the single machine starts the test, the amplitude difference between the two sides can meet the requirements of use within 0.5mm. If it exceeds 1mm, it will cause the change of the material flow direction and induce various failures. To this end, the following measures can be taken:
 
   (1) Observe the uniformity of the feed distribution along the width of the vibrating screen. If it is not uniform, the vibrating screen will be heavier and directly affect the amplitude. Therefore, the feeding chute must be adjusted to ensure uniform feeding.
 
   (2) Check whether the universal coupling or flexing coupling between the two vibration exciters is loose or deformed, and deal with it accordingly.
 
  (3) The life of the rubber spring supporting the four corners of the vibrating screen is 8000-10000h, and the life of the metal spring is 3000-5000h. If the spring exceeds the limit, it needs to be replaced. If this problem occurs when the service life of the spring does not reach the specified time, it is prematurely damaged due to long-term overload use of the spring or defective quality of the spring itself.
 
  (4) After the box-type exciter is continuously used for more than 8000h, its bearing size will be worn out, which will also cause inconsistent amplitudes on both sides. Only by replacing it can the problem be completely solved.
